The workshop provides and explores many resources and strategies to support a balanced and constructive personal growth process. In this process, we approach the person in a wholesome and interactive way, to connect and enhance oneβs resources for a successful outcome. Danya is a counsellor and facilitator who loves to support people reach their personal goals, based on extensive experience utilising diverse therapeutic tools.

The workshop will provide a great space and environment to take a step in the right direction, move forward, ask questions and practise new techniques to go deeper. The methods will be a blend of Psychotherapy, Counselling and Positive prompts based exercises together somatic awareness. This will bring together the different parts in us to be in a more harmonious place within.
We will move methodically between subjects such as unresolved emotions, a block in one's mind and physical discomfort. Then we will bring and thread together three elements that support a deeper and more grounded change within. Come to connect the physical body, one's emotions and thoughts to integrate and move forward, much faster than before. Get to know the place where the conscious and the subconscious part of the mind cooperates and establishes a new experience.
On each day there will be:
A physical wellbeing exercise as a group and pairs ~ An emotional wellbeing tune in and process~ Checking in our thoughts space- what is happening right now ~ An integration and a wholesome wrap up.
Sample Day:
10am-1pm Arrival & Introduction, morning activities.
Tea time
Physical activity.
1-2 Lunch
2-4 Discussion and Q & A, Individual & Group activities
